Premium Soft Top rear window ?

I having a bitch of a time trying to zip it on and uo
I have un tucked the sails on both sides
haven't even put the bottom bar on the window
when I try to zip it
it just dosent catch
I had my dad try to help
still couldent gre it
could the zipper itself be screwed up
bran new just put the top on yesterday

been trying for 2 hours
time to bring it to the dealership

I don't have the premium top, but even with the thinner standard top its a bitch the first couple times because everything is so tight.

Well I just had my
Iam a stupid s&@t momet
Went to the dealer
I was only using one zipper not both
What a dumb sh$@

this. i went through it as well. Although, i got it figured out before going to the dealer.
