Problem with window fit on Bestop Supertop NX

I have a Supertop NX recently purchased for my jeep Wrangler Jk 2dr 2012 model.
I have fitted the soft top and everything is fine except for one significant issue.

The place where the plastic angle strip along the front edge of the Side Window fits into the vertical channel in the front of the Door Rail, the fit is not snug.
There is at least a one inch gap between the door rail and the plastic strip of the side window. Hence when i close the door, the plastic flap does not meet the door surround. The result is there is an opening in the soft top along the window side and its gets worse at speeds about 60 kmph.

Am i doing something wrong? What is the solution to this?
I have the top on for many days now and the temperature here is 104 F.

Will post pics in next post.

Best Regards
Simon

Not sure if this will help either as I'm not familiar with that exact top. But, if that vertical piece is the same as the OE top, I found that clipping the zipper in first then snapping the vertical piece in followed by fully zipping in the window and lastly snapping the bottom of the window in works best. It looks to me like your pulling the vertical piece out of the channel. Hope this helps.

I always put the side windows in with the rear window out. This allows me to adjust the back corners for better fit.

Did you wrap the top inside flap on the middle bar that is directly behind the front seats correctly?

You have to pull the top forward while screwing the top into that bar.

I struggle with this same issue on one side of my JKU's OE premium soft top.
