What radio do you have? You shouldn't be having any trouble with that phone. Please describe the problem.

Maybe that's telling you your jeep isn't equipped with Uconnect? Do you have your window sticker to check?

Yea. Window sticker just says Media Center 130 cd/mp3 radio. Nothing about unconnect.

So, I think that's the problem.

I think you can add an aftermarket kit, but not sure how much of a pain it is to install it.

Except for the high-end 730N, you need to have the Connectivity Group option.

I posted this in a previous thread but here you go:

I was in the same boat you are in when I bought my Jeep about a month ago. Shame on me I guess for not really noticing. I test drove a Sport that had the connectivity group, so I assumed the Sahara I bought would have it included. I bought all the parts off eBay and did the install myself. It really was quite painless. You will have to go your dealership and have them flash the sales code "RSP" in order to "activate" the bluetooth features. My dealership wanted to charge an hour of labor ($125), but I called a few dealers and one did it for $62.50. Here are links to the parts I bought.
