Procal - disable DRL on Canadian Jeeps?

Any Canadian JKU owners with a PROCAL? Anyone tried to disable the DRL and does it work? I know alot of people like DRL and want them, but I want to switch the DRL to my fogs if I can.

The daytime running lights, but

Canada has some stricter vehicle lighting laws, than we do sometimes--check your local vehicle codes (laws)

Good luck

Yah I know... our laws here bite sometimes, I've been running around without my front license plate on but I'll get that put on tonight. alot of the cops are fairly easy going. I think Imma gonna get one of these procal things for Christmas. To Me, from Me.

I just got mine and it does have an option to use the fogs as DRL, it's an American version, but would imagine it to be the same.

Did you end up getting it? I'm considering it because I need to shut my running lights off (it's f*cking with my LED running lights). Did it work on the Canadian Jeep?

Yes you can shut the DRL off with the Procal. The DRL option on the Procal are as follows, low beams, high beams, turn signals, fog lamps, European (whatever that is) or off.

I had mine set on the turn signal for my DRL fo 3 years without any issues from the police what so ever, I only now have it back to regular DRL as I had my Jeep in for warranty work and they flashed my computer which turned my tpms and regular DRL's back on. I have since turned my tpms off and calculated for my tires size again, but for now for a change I've left the DRL's to their default position.

I'm in Ontario, Canada by the way.

Great, thanks for the help there. Where in SW Ontario is the cheapest place for a procal?
