I would examine the steering box from above to determine if the leak is one of the lines or the seal for the steering box shaft.
That way you know if it is going to be more or less expensive to fix.
Depending upon you wrenching skills; neither one is really that difficult to repair. One may require a new line or O ring; the other will require the replacement of the steering box.
You might get lucky and find that the leak is from a loose power steering line
The box can be around $200 or so for the part; the power steering line is around $40 or an O ring can be $3.
