PureJeep vs ACE?

Hello all, first time post. I live in the upper Midwest. I'm trying to decide between PureJeep and ACE sliders for my unlimited. I'm worried about the effects of salt on these products and the body of my Jeep. From what I can tell, ACE sliders do not require drilling into the body, whereas the PureJeep sliders do.
Any advice? Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving.

Put Ace sliders on mine and love em! No drilling, but you'll need an angle/bench grinder to trim washers. That took the most time for install, rest was a breeze. So far no signs of rust but suppose they are all susceptible to it. Keeping em clean is tough ;)

Pure Jeep all the way.....they are rock (pun intended) solid. We used a clear silicone gel between the body and the slider. They've been on 2 years and the seal is still good. You can always simply touch up the holes after drilling.
I have used mine extensively as a rock slider and I am very happy with them. That said- I am in CA and we don't exactly get snow. You lose almost no clearance with the PJs- with the Ace you lose a good 2".
However if your Jeep Is strictly a DD this may not be a good thing- the step is higher. Ace are good too from what I hear- depends on what you're looking for. If your want un-bendable protection and a step go PJ. If you want a step and some rash protection Ace is cheaper and easier to install.

I love my ACE sliders. I, personally, dont like the idea of drilling into the body. Partly for resale issues, but also if something else comes along that I like better, but mostly cause drilling into the body scares the HELL out of me! That is not something you want to mess up! LOL
