Quadratec

I want to correct my stance on Quadratec.

After corresponding with Joe at Quadratec I understand I was given wrong information from UPS.

Rosie at my local UPS told me that it was Quadratec's policy that packages be returned to them after 3 attempts. I don't know why she told me that...maybe she realized the package was suppose to be held for me to call and schedule a pick up and didn't want to accept the mistake.

Joe informed me that was NOT their policy, but UPS's policy.

After getting the correct information I am delighted to reverse my stance on not using Quadratec.

I will address UPS's policy with them directly.

I would like to retract my smart reply to your first Q-tec post. I just thought it was wrong to jump the gun bad mouthing them here of all places. My reply was a bit harsh but I was trying to make a point. Hope you didn't take it personally.

I still hate Quadratec BUT it's because I don't have any money and they have all the good Jeep stuff.

Be aware, that has always been UPS' policy to return an item after 3 attempts.I don't think your going to get them to change.I use UPS 4 days a week via my practice,they are usually pretty understanding if you have an issue.
Although if you told UPS to hold it for you ,and they didn't ,well they screwed up.
