Quadratec Cargo Liner

Hi! I ordered the new Quadratec cargo liner yesterday and accidentally ordered the one made for vehicles without a subwoofer. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and its already shipped. Does anyone know if I can just cut out the extra piece? Thanks!

As far as I know they only make the one, and if you have a sub you just cut out that sub shaped spot on the corner.

No, they make 2. I have the one that is precut for the subwoofer.

Rugged Ridge makes the one with the cutout. I have the set, it's very nice.

Bought the whole Quadratec floor liner/cargo liner package. Very high quality and they fit great. Highly recommend.

You'll be much happier if you just call Quadratech Customer Service, and send the wrong cargo liner back and have it replaced with the right one. They will send you a return shipping label and sending it back is really no hassle at all.

I have the one with the cutout for my sub... By my recollection there is no rising lip around the sub so it'll be the same whether you cut it our exchange it... Let me go check

Yeah it goes right down at the sub.
In the attached pic, the tailgate is on the right.

Love the rear and passenger QT JKU liners, didn't care for the drivers one. Swapped out the set (thanks QT) for the weathertech.

With the ease of shipping, why settle for cut liners.

The liners cut real easy. I cut off the whole rear lip so my Lab could get in and out easier.

The one I ordered for with subwoofer doesn't have think lip around the subwoofer either. So, I don't see any difference if you cut that yourself.

The only problem I have with the Qtech cargo liner is it makes the rear seat almost impossible to latch down. The one I had in my TJ didn't have this problem, so I'm not sure if it's something I didn't do right when I cut the holes or if it's a flaw with the liner or with the rear seat.

I am having the same issue. Ugh. I emailed Quadratec... I really hope they can help. I will be upset if I've wasted $70.

I'd love to hear what their response is. If I can make the rear seat latch easier, I'd have no complaints at all about any of the liners.

They offered to send me a prepaid shipping label to send them back for a refund. I really don't want to go through the hassle of shipping though. I may just eat the cost at this point.

I have the front and rear quadratec's. I like the front floor mats but the rear one is lacking. I dont have the rear seat in and the dog rides in the back. It works it way to front, it would be a great mat if there was something in the back to hold it in place.

I purchased the quadratech rear cargo mat for my 2013 2-dr Rubicon and have encountered the problem where the seat won't latch in place. I'm on my second mat now. Both had the same problem - at first I was able to latch the seat in place if I slammed it down. Then it got to where the seat would not latch at all. I've concluded that the mat will not work properly, at least not with my Jeep. The tolerance is just too tight for the seat to go down far enough for the latch to close. And the latch is not adjustable, so you can't compensate for the additional thickness of the mat. For those of you who are considering this liner, if you have problems, I think it's safe to say that Quadratech will work with you on a return. They happily exchanged my first one. I'll be calling them next week to return the second one. Bummer, too, because I really like the mat . . .
