Hmm... That's cool. Maybe they'll have better service from now on... Hopefully, but seemingly unlikely.

Just do a quick search "Quadratec Service" and see what pops up . . . better have some coffee as you'll have a lot of reading to do

I've had very frustrating dealings with them as well. I'll never do business with them again. But it's your money, so take yer chances.

I have had nothing but great service from them, I have even gone on their chat with no intention of buying anything just to ask questions about stuff. Always very helpful and very fast shipping.

I also like Quadratec's service and polite phone service. Good deliveries and straight advice. If only Best top could be like that! Humbug.

I've heard some negative about them. My experience has been good. They have cancelled orders for me "no questions asked" when I just changed my mind. And they have always been prompt in shipping.

My hubby and I have been doing business with Quadratec for years, and have never been anything less than satisfied with their service. They are a huge player in the jeep parts business and have had thousands of customers (if not more). Being in business myself, I know that it is impossible to make everyone happy, especially those that look for every reason the be unhappy. I am sure walmart has some unhappy customers too. I am happy with them and will continue to recommend the to jeepers.

I agree. I've ordered from them many times and have always received top notch service. I have also dealt with them in person at the PA Jeep show.

Keep in mind most reviews you seek are going to be people complaining. People are more apt to write a review if they had bad customer service than good. Lol the internet is for complaining afterall!

Wish I could say the same, I think their customer service sucks. I know they can't control the freight charges, but I emailed their iorder contact address and for $119 in floor liners, it was going to cost $141US in shipping to ship to me in Canada. Their iorder response people told me thats the price and shipping is what it is. Needless to say, I wont be buying from them until they figure out their shipping rates or open a Canadian outlet. I really wanted their liner for the backseat.

I bought a light bar in the USA and shipped it to Canada for $25 bucks.

My bad experience was with one of their Quadractec branded cargo area covers. Very quickly after installaton it started cracking. I emailed their customer no-service and was told they couldn't do anything for me unless I had my order number. In this day of computerized order records that seemed like a FU response. So it may be a while before I do more business with them.

Many experiences with Quadratec... All very good. As with any company, there will be problems and even Customer Service reps have bad days.....

I've spent thousands there too and always had good service, and quick correction of mistakes. However, I try to buy locally and support independent 4wd shops. I use the Q catalog prices for them to match.

I recieved a product from Quadratec once that had a manufacturer defect. I didn't want an exchange, I just wanted to return it. Just like in your case, there was no hassle. They immediately emailed me a pre-paid shipping label (it was a big, heavy item, too!), I sent it back, and was refunded upon receipt.

I've ordered lots of stuff from Quadratec, and so far that was the only time I've had to deal with their customer service, so I've been very pleased in my dealings with them.

For emailj and other frustrated Canadians, I also can't get Quadratec to use USPS and save us a bundle on shipping. The following sites are Canadian and I have had some great prices from Zone. I don't know if this a hijack or not but I hope Quadratec reads this forum and gives some consideration.

You make the perfect connection between Quadratec and Walmart. Chances are if you like one, you'll like the other. I'm with willywaxer and would prefer to send my money to smaller independant shops and have found the service, knowledge, and accuracy, to be night and day from what I experienced with QT. They do have a snazzy catalog though.

Quadratec is like Walmart without the low prices.

despite what you may think quadratec is family owned and operated. we are comparably small fish in a very big pond.

Hard to believe its the first result on google for "jeep parts". You guys are marketing geniuses because I wouldve guessed you were the number one parts dealer for jeep parts.
