Quadratec forum discount??

First of all happy Father's Day to all the dads. My question is, does anyone know if quadratec offers a forum discount?? How do you go about getting it? I'm about to place another order and figured it was worth a shot. Thanks!

There are 3 ways to get free shipping from Q-tech
  1. PM the forum representative; user name Quadratech
  2. Call their toll free number and tell them you are a forum member
  3. Look up the part on Google Shopping. If Quadratech is listed as a seller and is offering free shipping, when you chick on the link you will be taken to the Quadratech web site. When yo go to check out, you will see that you are getting free shipping. (Not sure, but this may only work if you follow the link from google, I haven't tried other search engines)

I just tried Google Shopping and did not get free shipping. Use the other two methods.

Oh well.

I used that code for free shipping on an order - Body Armor trail doors - and they were at my doorstep within two days. Very impressed, thank you! (The doors rock, too...)

Have they shipped yet? Maybe it's not too late to get them to fix it for you.

Probably at least worth a PM to Quadratec to see!

Good luck!

The code works but a very big BUT

If the order is from an outside supplier you will get prompt fast shipping but if the order ships directly from quadratec good luck

I ordered a small box and they sent a tracking number from fedex saying shipped

The tracking link said would deliver in est 8 days
Yesterday was day 8 and site said out for delivery but no delivery

Now site removed any est delivery date

Next afternoon site said now to post office expect another 3 days

Called fedex they said sorry quadratec wanted last part of delivery via us mail and we took it there.

So only local post office is still open and I drive over there. Guess what no package.

Now call fedex again and struggle thru menu to finally talk to someone.

Really not at post office let me call sub contractor.

Sorry it has a new grand junction scan and must be sent back to quadratec.

I ask can you update your tracking site to reflect this.

No can do is subcontractor and beyond our control.

So yes free shipping but if you use it get ready to bend over and grab your ankles.

[drippingwithsarcasm]Great first post[/drippingwithsarcasm]

Just placed an order from Quadratec over the phone using non-standard payment (Paypal) and non-standard shipping (USPS to APO).

They went so far as to discount my order the amount it would cost to ship via UPS/FedEx. In dozens of orders to many varied companies, Quadratec is the first company I've ever dealt with that does this- most others spout the 'free shipping to a relative, have them forward it to you' scam which really isn't free shipping now is it?

Can NOT say enough good things about Quadratec

This sounds like FedEx Smart Post for you. It's the worst shipping option possible and most free shipping seem to use it as it's probably the cheapest for the company.

Quadratec is the best. Free shipping, good prices and best of all, great customer service. I broke a part during install (completely my fault) and they sent a new one, very quickly, at no charge!

Been a member for 4 months and this was your first post???

Anyway, I used the free shipping code for my last Qtec order. The item was on my front porch when I got home from work after I had placed my order less than 48 hours earlier. Their store is over 800 miles from me.

I can't say that I've received all my Qtec orders in less than 2 days but that one was a pleasant surprise.

It worked fine. I wish I would have known about it before the FedEx man
learned every crack in my sidewalk.
I might be getting addicted to seeing boxes on my door step. Is there a voluntary
exclusion program for mod addicts.

Code works in shopping cart, but when you get to the final screen, there is still a shipping charge!

Please advise

I had the same problem. I ended up using Google shopping and got free shipping that way.
