My oldest Daughter keeps asking quotes and then changes her mind on what she wants, Rick has been really patient with her, I would have lost it by now....
I called Rob (their sales rep) and left a few messages last week and this week, but he's never called back. Also PMed Rick last Thu, and still no response.
I've heard nothing but good things about QTec, so I'm assuming this isn't the norm.

Just about to purchase the Adventure S top for my 09 2 door Sahara...but reading some of these reviews ...its scaring me ! I watched You tube video it looked like a great affordable top for me! Since i live in Illinois and only have maybe 2 goodmonths of summer ( why do i live in illinois!!!lol)What do you think? Trektop nx or adventure s ? I like look of the S better...do you offer forum member discounts ? I am new to forum ...

Im ready to buy...i cant wait to change up the look of my jeep ..its my first soft top.
As said already Rick is the man to talk to.
But I'd like to convey a transaction I just had with him and Quadratec Customer Service.
I bought my wife a soft top on mothers day for her 4dr. I received it very quickly but didn't attempt the install until it was warmer so it sat in the garage until last Sunday.
As soon as I open it I see a gash from a razor knife right across the top, this now explains the tape and extra sharpie markings put on by UPS.
Anyway somewhere along the way someone used a boxcutter a little too much and sliced the top.
I boxed it right back up and called Quadratec the next morning during coffee break.
Before I even got off the phone I received a few e-mails. One return shipping label and others for a new soft top order.
He had that soft top ordered for me before I could spit out what I was trying to say.
The next day(Tuesday) I call back to ask if the was anything I would need to include in the box for return, was told no that the shipping label has it all.
I was then told that my new top was out on the truck for delivery.
HUH!!!! 24 hrs later they have a replacement to my door
Today I was able to install the top and wifey is all happy, I may even be happy tonight.
Long story short is shit happens to everyone and every supplier. When shit happens to Quadratec they stand up and take care of business no fail no question... an outstanding company and it starts right here with Rick.

I have never spoken with this Rick person that everyone keeps referring to. But I have called Quadratec on several occasions and told them that I was a member of the wrangler forum and they gave me free shipping and a 5% discount. So I would assume that you would not have to talk with Rick to get a discount and free shipping .

Hey is Rick still around guys. I sent him a message at the start of the week and haven't heard anything back. He has always been good at getting back in just the next day. Has anyone else got a quote from him this week?
I would bet he is on vacation this week. When he is out the stand in guy doesn't respond as fast as Rick. Usually when Rick is working you will get the quote within a few hours max. He should get back to you Monday or Tuesday depending on how full his inbox is, Hehee.
