Lightbulb Get free shipping

Looks like you might want to return it and find one in stock somewhere else? Sucks that you have to mess with it.

TO GET FREE SHIPPING FROM QUADRATEC WITH GOOGLE SHOPPING

Method 1) The easiest way is to find what you want to get on there web site. Then highlight the product name or product number. Right click -> copy and left click -> paste to Google search that product and add "quadratec" also in the search. Then in Google there is a link that says shopping. It is on the far left side under "Web, Images, Maps, etc". Click that guy before or after searching. Now you should find where Quadratec is selling it and you will see it come up as free shipping under the price. By useing that link vs just going into the site you will get free shipping.

Method 2) There is a rep on here that you can PM. I'm into instant gratification so I have never tried this. I did use the chat on there site once to make sure I was ordering the right stuff. It was quick and easy. Just like I like it

Yes, Joe (The Q-tec rep on here) does offer goodies to members on here. It is usually free shipping, or at least a good amount off. Shoot him a PM:

I got my all weather floor mats shipped free or it would have costed me $25.
Man, beat to the post again

I've heard of problems with them, but as far as my personal experience, they've been excellent. I hope you get your problem resolved.

What mcdull and rooster said. What works for me is I just call customer service that way I don't have to wait. Sometimes the problem is no one talks to anyone anymore, click this, text this, pm that, gets old. The QT service rep checks for availability, gives me free shipping (just say you're a forum member) and I get it nlt 2 days (PA to NJ) UPS. Never a problem.

I have had nothing but great customer service from them. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they fix them that counts. I order two sweatshirts from them. They sent the wrong size. I called and they sent out 2 more with instructions that UPS would also stop by and pick up the first set. The 2nd set was also the wrong size. We spoke on the phone and determined there was a packaging issue that we managed to resolve. They sent a 3rd set that was correct and UPS picked up the other 2 sets at no charge.

Nearly 2 years ago I bought a set of floor liners. The front buckled in on the sides. I figured it would eventually straighten out. It never did and I eventually ignored it. There was a thread on here about the liners and the new design. They happen to have a lifetime warranty. I figured what the heck, I would call and see what happened. They never questioned me one bit about the issue. They took my information and said that I would receive a new set and that a day later I would receive a box to send the old ones back.

UPS knocked on my door the next day with the new mats. The driver asked if I had a return package for him. I started to explain what they told me and he said, "I can take car of that for you." I pulled the old ones out of my Jeep, stuck them in the same box, and handed the box to the driver. He said that he would tape it up and that he had the return label back at the depot.

I am a happy Quadratec customer.

I've also only had good experiences with QT. Shipping has been free every time just by sending a quick PM to Joe here on the forums. There prices are sometimes higher, but they have priced match everything I inquired about.

On a side noe @ the OP it appears your comma key is sticking.

Just shoot me a PM with the part numbers you'd like and your name and address. I'll get a quote entered and the info sent back to you.

Correct. And they NEVER have free shipping deals or any kind of meaningful discount deals.

I was waiting for Joe to chime in. I had one bad experience with Quadratec and as soon as Joe got involved it was solved very quickly. Woolywag, see if this is not the case for you.

Last I checked, February comes BEFORE May. So orders placed in Feb would be filled before your May order.

They shipped the wrong top. It happens. That's why they call it a mistake. They will fix it. But they shouldn't send your top before a Feb order nor should you expect that. Hope it works out.

Add me to the list for "no problem" with Q-tec.

Just ordered a hitch from them, good product at reasonable price. I didn't know the free shipping trick but I didn't think it was outrageous given the weight of the item.

Came in two shipments within a few days of each other. Good product, I'm happy.

Wait didn't we have a very similar thread just like this a while back and it was moved/deleted/locked something of the like because it was about a bad experience with quadratec? Shouldn't the same be applied here because the OP should be in contact with Q- directly not voicing issues among the masses?

Quadratec is a very solid company and I have been dealing with them for around 10 years or so now.

Their prices are higher than "deep discount" places but I often feel it's worth it for the service they provide.

Like every company that does volume, mistakes are going to be made. Deal with it in the appropriate channels instead of trying to drag their name through the mud on a forum. It's not their fault that this top has been on national back order since Feb/March.

You want it closed we can close it.

It stayed open because it remained polite and civil, and didn't turn into a beotch session.
