Mine probably hits the 6 second range with the top, rear seat and doors pulled.

Yep. Kinda like racing dump trucks. Even the fastest dump truck is still a dump truck

On a side note, my work truck, 2012 kenworth t800 with a chipped 525 Cummins (no trailer) will keep up with my buddies 2012 jk sport till about 60mph
