Ramifications of swapping 16" steelies for 17" JKUR wheels?

I have a 2014 JKU Sport, stock, in fact very stock. I really like the looks of the Rubicon wheels and am considering buying a set off of CL. I have a few concerns though:
  • If the wheels and tires don't already come with a TPMS, how hard is it to swap out my own?
  • Without Rubicon shocks or springs and at factory height, do I need to be concerned about rubbing, assuming 255/75-17 tires?

i have Rubi wheels on my 2014 JKUS and no issues at all at stock height...not that much of a fan of the tires on the road but no rubbing...way more better then stock POS wheels and tires they stick on these..I took the TPMS out cuz i broke one while wheeling with 10 lbs pressure...just happend to catch a rock at the right place

They will bolt right on with no problems at all. I put on some 2014 Sahara wheels on my 2012 and just ignore the TPMS. I have a set of Moab wheels in the garage that I need to put on CL. Just have been too busy to get the TPMS sensors swapped. May just sell them with the sensors in them.

Thanks for the replies! I have made an offer on a set of 5 Rubicon wheels & tires (less than 3K on the tires) for $800. Going to pick them up tomorrow.
