Oh yea, I'm fine. Caught some air on the passenger side when he went under me and threw me off course a little. I think it would have been a little worse if I had a stubby. My passenger side tire would have taken the full force of it.

Okay so I got the winch last week and I understand what you guys are saying about the Zeon not being able to sit flush do to the width. The way I see it, I have two options:

1) Put washers/nuts between the mount and the bumper

2) Out washers/nuts between mount and winch

Also, I seem to have lost the bolts to mount the fairlead mount to the bumper, what size are they? M10s?

I'd do option #2, it will look cleaner. Also, make sure you use grade 8 nuts or washers as your spacers.

I don't *think* they are M10s, but they will work (provided you get the right nuts.

Just installed mine... Took me 3 - 4 hours by myself. I'm not going to lie, the two things that took me the longest was installing the fog lights onto the new bumper & the inner upper bolt on the drivers side. If you have big hands, you're going to have a horrible time with those 5 mm parts for the fog lights & trying to tighten the 18 mm bolt in that super tiny space in the inner upper drivers side of the bumper. Everything else was pretty much straight forward. I also threaded the shit out of the plastic screws in that OEM plastic thing between the body & the bumper by accident. I didn't know they were plastic & just kept unscrewing. Lol. That took a lot longer than it should have also. But overall this bumper is sexy.

Rampage recommended Krylon; I have the satin finish so I use the regular black. Beastmaster is the bedliner paint more textured than the bumper? Curious because bedlining my cargo area- I'd expect Krylon to be more textured.

So after a long search for the correct bolts, I ended up locating some at a local Fastenal store near my house. I think i got the M10 1.5 x 35mm grade 8 countersunk for the winch plate and M10 1.5 x 3mm allen key bolts for the bumper. In order to make it fit, I added two washers between the plate and the bumper and two washer between the winch and the plate to give it enough clearance.

Rig looks suspiciously familiar and suspiciously awesome. Great job.

I use Rustoleum Bedliner and it blends right in. You can't tell the difference between original and touch up. In some cases, I don't want to spray it on so I spray a paper plate and then use a disposable brush (the cheap little ones for spreading glue, 30 for 2-3 bucks), and touch up the areas that are hard to get to. I have the satin finish BTW, not the glossy.

Anyone running aftermarket fender flares? I'm looking for a set that matches up the lines of the bumper flares like the stock. Please post up pics of your rampage with new fender flares.

Anyone running this bumper with cut/narrowed flares?
Wondering how it looks with the full width bumper.

There have been a number of people that trimmed the rampage bumper to a mid, and to a stubby. If you mount lights on the ends, it would look like a built in light mount. Im personally not a fan of narrow fenders, so Im the wrong person to ask.

I fell in love with the Ace fenders when I saw some narrow on a friend's rig. They look okay on his rig only because he chopped his Rampage bumper.
For mine, I went with the wide Ace fenders since IMO they look better with the full Rampage bumper.

I have had this bumper on for a year and just purchased a winch- do you have to take the bumper off to put the winch & mounting plate on?

Nope. Install the winch onto the winch plate and install that onto the bumper. Extremely easy work. The only issue is the lugs that come with the winch plate are not long enough, so you need to grab four of the same kind, just longer.
