Rancho Lift & Jeep warranty

Will be getting in my 2" Rancho lift kit tomorrow. Do I need to get this installed through a jeep dealership so that I do not run into any warranty void concerns down the road?

It is completely dependent on the Jeep dealer that process the warranty claim and the claim you are submitting. No one can tell you definitively. Run a quick search on lift kits and warranties, then call the dealer and ask them what their opinion is. If they give you a good answer get in writing. Even then they call fall back on "It's not our fault, Chrysler won't accept the claim.".

This even happens with MOPAR lifts the dealer installs on vehicles on the showroom floor.
It is just part of the risk of lifting your Jeep.

Any MODS that are performed, are no longer part of your Wranglers original warranty. Plus if they cause, or contribute to another components failure, then that is not Chrysler/Jeeps fault, nor will they warranty it.

The MODS warranty, will be administered by whomever performed the MOD. So whether it is a Dealer, or a independent shop, just make sure that you read and understand their warranty policy. Also make sure that you have it in writing...........
