What other rear bumpers w/tire carrier and hitch are tow rated besides ACE?

Just put on the LoD full width. We like the full width because it has more foot area for easier access for loading/unloadeing the roof rack, especially if one foot goes on top of the rear tire. Their optional rear lights are made by Pilot. I wired them to the sPod, so now we have plenty of light when needed for unloading, working or just as a campground light at night. Their trailer hitch is rated the same as the factory ratings. The tire carrier and HD Hinged Carrier are Teraflex.

Body Armor's. Like the style, simplicity, and how you can keep your hitch attached to the jeep's frame!

Lets revive this thread and get more pics

Does anyone know if the hitch position sits higher than OE for bumpers with integrated hitch? Stick out further? Is towing capacity or stronger than OE hitch?

My Criteria:
Full width (to outer edge of OE fenders)
No tire carrier option (have Teraflex HD)
Integrated or factory hitch (which is better?). Need to clear 35" for bike rack. Occasional trailer tow.
Tow hooks
Painted
Optional lights

I like the RSE so far.

Likely going with Hard Rock full width in front.

thanks

I got the Barricade Trail Force HD bumper delivered yesterday from Extreme Terrain and installed it. More info about that on my build thread. I had considered the ACE, OR-Fab, Rampage and Ranch Hand.

Is anyone running the Evo MFG JK Rear Aluminum Fascia and D-Ring Mounts? There aren't too many pictures of it out there.

What happen to this thread?
The MEGA Front Bumper thread went so well, not so good for the rear.

In with mine to try and revitalize this thread since I love the "MEGA Front Bumper" thread so much...

I've had the Warn Elite rear bumper and tire carrier on for past 6 months and could not be happier with it.

A couple of notes:
-The third brake light attachment stuck up very high, almost level with the top, so I opted for the lug nut 3rd brake light kit.
-The spare tire sits off-center a bit to the passenger side to allow access for the tailgate handle with larger tires. Despite my OCD tendencies, this has grown on me and has become something I really like about the rear end.

Nice set up!

I went with JCR Crusader and Shield Tire carrier and absolutely love it. Took some trial and error to adjusted the heim joint appropriately to apply the perfect amount of pressure to the tailgate when closed. After dialing it in, the thing doesn't rattle.

This spring I added some attachments in preparation for my trip to Big Bend National Park. The hi-lift and 3 Gal RotopaX fit great - no issues. My favorite feature of the rear end is the 3" led cube lights, they come in handy camping and with annoying tailgaters

Hey kramer2k, that bumper looks like it would fit the bill for me. We're there any issues putting it on? Anything to move or remove?
Also, to no one in particular, and new guy, be gentle:
Why replace the OEM tire carrier?

Stock tire carrier relies on the tail gate sheet metal to support the spare. It's marginal at best even with a stock tire. It's certainly be problematic with any larger and heavier tire.

Great look with the cubes in the rear bumper. I have a set that I would love to install back there, but I am hesitant to drill and cut my bumper...

I was wondering if anybody knows of any places stateside that make a bumper with a "side-mounted tire." I know there's an Australian company, Kaymar, that makes one. It's a look that has grown on me a lot for some reason. It's different but I think that's a good thing. I've seen a jeep in my area with a bumper that has a tire mount like this but I haven't gotten a chance to see it up close. I know its not a Kaymar because the brake light wasn't covered up (see picture below) and I know its not a AEV carrier because its farther to the right than the AEV goes an has a gas can mount on the opposite side. Anyways here's the Kaymar.

I've been eyeballing the Rampage Recovery bumper set for after I get my lift and new shoes on. I saw some mentions of the front in the other thread; anyone have any experience with the rear?

I don't have any experience with it but I love how it wraps around and has built in lights. Also is that a step under the driver's side?

No, I think the steps are just there to make the jeep look cooler. They aren't part of the bumper. The lights are actually separate too, unfortunately (at least on the sites I've seen it sold on).

In the future I'll probably go with a streamlined Poison Spyder or JCR bumper.
My setup is the old style Rock Brawler rear bumper. It has a narrower lip, and works with the Teraflex Hinge. I love the setup.

I'll try to snag a better picture this afternoon. I have since painted the exhaust, installed reverse lights, and got a mud tire.

Crappy Picture:
