Question Rear bumper with removable spare hardware?

For daily driving, there isn't really a need to have a spare. I haven't had a flat in 15 years, and even if I did I have roadside assistance on my insurance. When I replace the rear bumper, are there any out there that allow you to remove the tire and carrier? This would save weight and improve rear viability. I've seen some that look like they have a bolt on top of the hinge, but the description doesn't say explicitly that its removable.

what year is your jeep? I have a JK and took off my spare also I bought a vent cover from and for the holes in your tailgate if you have a jk one of the rubber plugs on the door next to the arm rest will fit rite in the hole where the third brake lite wire runs out I used it cause I never use the stock doors I also bought 2 toyota pvc valves and stuck in the other holes with 2 fender trim caps in them. all parts to fill holes are under 20 bucks and looks clean if you want a pic let me know

I bought a Warrior Products tramp stamp and had it line-xed. Works great as long as you don't need to run a 3rd brake light.
