rear defroster

How are the wires diconnected from the glass on back window 2010JK?

Its a simple plug. Push on the red tab to unlock, i believe you squeeze the sides, pull and it should just release. Make sure you also disconnect the washer fluid line as well. A pair of plyers works great on this. just squeeze the sides and pull.

I am trying to remove back window for hard top paint job and there are two plugs on the defrost stuff on the back window that must be unplugged. How is that done? The paint guy showed me on another vehicle but it was not similar to the JK.
