Rear door straps

So, I'm new to this Wrangler thing, but I love it! The freedom panels are easy to remove, and the front doors were no problem; unhook the electronic strap that's attached to the door strap restraint, and you're good to go!
The problem I'm having, is figuring out how to disconnect the REAR door electronic straps - they seemed to be attached inside the seatbelt roller cover, near the floor. Are they meant to stay on?
That seems odd, since they have the same straps and hinges at the front.
What am I missing?! I'm sure it's obvious, but enlighten me, please!

Congrats on the new jeep! I may not be much help as I have a 2 door. But if I remember correctly there is an access panel or something along those lines to get to the connector. If you search there is a thread on here where someone had problems removing the rears, then figured out the correct way and even posted pictures.

I figured out today! You guys are correct - there is a panel that pops off at the bottom of where the front seat-belts feed into.
Once that was off - it was easy! I spent the day driving around without the top and doors - it was a blast!
Thanks for the help.
