What rear light? Not sure I understand what you're asking...do you mean there are cutouts in the rear bumper, and you wanna fill them?

I think he means the rear bumper, since it's a tube style, doesn't have mounting holes/brackets for rear lights?

I think I know what's going on. The Euro rear bumper has the license plate on the bumper and and I assume he means that light. If I'm correct, you will have to fab something for both the plate and the light. RR does make a bracket that will attach to the tube bumper for the plate, but I don't know if it will work for the longer plates you guys have.

I didn't even think about the rear licence plate lights, going to have to think of something there , My rear bumper has a red fog light also on either end as well, they come in really handy when we get thick fog in the mornings. I completely forgot about them when ordering the bumpers.

Check out the OR Fab Rock Slider bumper. It has mounts for rear lights.

This link shows the light mounted:

It does look like I will have to get some smaller aftermarket fog lamps and attach them to the bumpers somehow, ah well, it wil make the jeep even more custom then , just hope the transport authority here wont look to hard during yearly inspection.
