Rear LCA "popping" after lift

If I bounce on my rock rails I can hear a distinct popping sound. I found that if I put my hand on the rear LCA while bouncing, I can feel it there.

I recently put in a lift and new bolts and I thought I tourqued to spec. I will recheck the bolts but was wondering what may/would cause this?

Over-tightened bolts in the LCA?

thanks

Did you torque the bolts with the Jeep off the lift?

Yes, I did it on the ground. I just went back out and retorqued to the 130 stated in the synergy kit. The pop "seems" have gone away. Will keep an ear on it and see what happens after I drive it some.

Thoughts:

Are the bushings in good condition? Adjustable LCA's or stock?
What type / how high of a lift? (>2.5"?)
Did you replace the sway bar end links? (probably not affecting it but thinking out loud electronically.)
Rear coil spacer out of place slightly? (spring misaligned / moving)

Never mind. Sounds like you got it.

Bushing look good. LCAs are stock
Lift is 2.5
Sway links replaced w/ lift links
Coils look good.
