rear quarter panel passenger side

I was hit! some idiot changed lanes into me and banged up the passenger side rear quarter panel, and ripped the back bumper off. the bumper is pretty self explanatory, but is the rear quarter panel bolted on? can i replace it myself without any experience in body work? I got $2000 from the insurance company and would much rather put that towards new tires. hoping to come up with a cheap fix for the quarter panel, thanks!!

Quarter not bolted on, without a pic can't provide much insight. Maybe some body armor can cover it if it's in the corner.
