RECALL-Flash CCN Module-RRT 11-070

I have an "11 JK Sahara -SIX SPEED MANUAL with 6500 miles. Runs well with no issues

Just received a recall notice to flash the CCN Module --RRT 11-070.
I do not know what this is about. I did read it had something to do with Steering Wheel controlls not working properly which is not the case with my Jeep. Also read it may have to do with tranmission temp which should not apply to 6 speed.

Has anyone had this flash done and with what resul.I do not know if it should be done with no problems and not wanting to cause one

Appreciate any information on the subject. Wonder if this is a wide range recall or just a few.

Thanks

Sahara GT

I just had mine done when I dropped it off for an oil change. Hasn't rained again yet, however, my floors were getting soaked prior to the "fix". So lets see what happens. Recall is only for the passenger side, but I had the dealer reseal the drivers side too for the same issues. It was all free, so its probably worth doing

Sorry should have clarified - there were two recalls for my Jeep. 1) the cluster flash above 2) the water leak recall. Did them both last week
No problems yet

I just did that flash and now my USB doesn't work, dealer said has nothing to do with it but it stopped working. Then they did the radio re flash and it still doesn't work, I don't know why it was a recall I wasn't having any issues prior.
