Refinishing rear cargo rails

The previous owner of my Jeep wasn't very careful with mounting the hard top and gouged the paint up pretty good along the cargo rails which is showing surface rust.

Should I have it reprinted or would it be a more durable solution to sand it and bedline it?

Curious to see how it would look bedlined so if anyone has done so, pics would be appreciated!

Look at the bedlined thread, there are lots of pics of lined rails. Did mine on the tj, since the kids climb over when she's topless and it's mucho better...

I'm finding guys that bedlined pretty much every part of their JK...except the rails. Anyone?

I like the look of that. I was thinking of just doing the rail and overhang, where the soft top hooks to the rail. Seems like it would blend in more.

Thanks for finding that for me!
