Regearing to 4.56 and lift help

Like all the new people I am turning to the experts so please hear me out.

Just came from the shop told them that I was going to highway drive 80% of the time and 20% of the time rock krawling and beach driving I was going to regear 5.13 but then decided on 4.56 to keep the RPM's down at 70 on highway....

If someone would share their RPM's on 70 MPH on highway that would be great on a manual transmission 2014 thanks.

Next question I was able to lift my Jeep no my own with a teraflex 2.5 kit
and its awesome working great and easy to install I put a stinger bar on the front and the winch (took it off already) and the front went down a bit like 1.2 an inch.....the front was a bit up anyways...

I want to purchase some Teraflex leveling kits for the front and back If I do this Ill probably go to a 3" lift with the pucks right? so 2 concerns that I have....will the 5100 blisteins that I plan to buy accommodate 3" lift and do I need to mess with the control arms at the bottom to compensate with the lift for good articulation...sorry about all the questions just trying to get this jeep ready for next spring and summer...jeep is going into the shop next week for lots of stuff....thanks

I have 315/70R17 duratracs and 4.56 gears with the same manual transmission you do.

I run about 2,500 RPM at 70 MPH on the highway.

Thanks 2500 sounds alright..

anybody with an answer on the pucks from teraflex
I have there 2.5 lift and wondering if I can use either .5 or 1.5 pucks and can still use BListein 5100 shocks with stock arms or do I need to upgrade some of that stuff if it goes 3" ?
