Removing power mirrors???

I'm trying to install the side mirror relocation kit, and I can't get the mirrors removed from the doors because of the wiring...
Does anyone know how/where to disconnect them?

I'll buy a set of non-power mirrors for the relocation kit, I just want to remove the power mirrors without cutting the harness.

I can also adjust my mirrors without actually having to touch them. I love the 21st century.
