Replacing facotoey fog, help

I am looking to replace my factory fog and have read that getting the old ones out can be a bitch. Is this true? And if so any suggestions? I have searched YouTube but did not find anything.

The hardest part is taking off the bumper. After that, it's 4 screw for each light. It's a very easy process.
