Restoring the luster of the stock fenders

I am not sure if I read this here or another forum, but my searches didn't help.

Is there a product or compound to make the bumpers go back to the darker black color? Not the actual metal, the rubber on the stock mopar bumps. I know I read it somewhere and want to put it on my Home Depot / ACE shopping list. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it was a paint thinner or something. And I don't want to assume, I am usually always wrong. Just as my wife.

What's the speed detailer?

Anyways- vote for back to black for the fenders. But if you have the cash 303 is the way to go.
