I have their 50" & 20" Radiance and I'm very happy with both. Install was easy, I have the blue back lighting on 1 switch and the white LED's on another on my sPod. The wind noise is very little at 40-45 mph and that about it. Rigid sent me 3 free noise dampeners when I called them and asked for them. The light output is very good, actually more then you will need. I have more info in my build thread in my signature, check it out. I would buy again for sure, best LED's on the market.
With 6 Rigid Rock LED Lights
Awesome setup!!
I have the 10" blue backlight on my JKUR. I know its doesnt answer your whistle question. But from a light perspective, it has impressed everyone Ive shown so far.
Very interested in these aswell. I was doing some research on them but since they are so new, it is hard for me to try and find some good info on how they really are. I wanted to mount the 20 in the hood but after reading that I am not sure. Can you get a shot of the 20 and the JW's on only, becasue that would be the setup I have as I do not have any extra lights just my JW J heads and JW 6145 Fogs. Thanks!
Wow! I was 2 seconds away from ordering JW Speaker headlights before seeing this thread. I do 99% of my driving in well lit areas. Rather save $250 and install the 20" light bar for that 1% when I need to harness the power of the sun. Maybe upgrade the headlights later on.
Both are really nice but I think I would rather have the JW headlights first. You won't believe how great they are until you drive at night with them on. Like you said you will use your headlights 99% of the time so you will get much more use from them every night. The JW headlights also turn night to day, they're amazing. When you add the J-Series fogs into the mix they light up the first 20' feet in front of you Jeep very nicely. Get the JW headlights first.
Thank you for getting that picture. BUT, if I could ask for one more favor. A picture of how bright they are on the road rather than how they look! Thank you very much! About to pull the trigger
I will take 1 tomorrow night from inside the Jeep. The 20" Puts out a good amount of light on its own, makes my JW speakers headlights look like fogs, Hehee.
Running 50" radiance in amber on Ace pillar mount. Had bad harmonic at 40-45 mph. Fixed it with some door edge guard on back fins. Went ace mount so I could run Rigid D2's on lower pillar mount. Like the amber set up because they look like clearance lights and are legal in Illinois. Light output is good. Radiance is a combo spot flood single row bar. Very happy so far. Have 50" radiance, D2's on the pillar mount and a 20 E series combo on the front bumper. JW speaker headlights and JW speaker 6145 fogs.
