Rim Size & Bolt Pattern

Hello all!

As some of you might know I will be swapping out my stock 17 inch 255/75/17 wheels and tires for 15 inch wheels and 33X12.50 GY Duratracs. My question is this: I know my bolt pattern is 5 on 5, but I see alot of wheels with a bolt pattern of 5 X 114 or 5 X 127. Can someone please tell me which of those two is equal to the 5 on 5?
