Ripp kit ordered!

Well I got sick of reading and talking about it so I bit the bullitt and ordered yesterday! Its funny how once youve mentally spent the money on a toy you immediatly forget about that and just cant wait for the project to be done now. Feel like Santa is coming but hes gonna be dressed in Brown!

Very much looking forward to the review. We don't have as many hemi swaps and superchargers on this forum as there are on JK-F, so it's always good to hear the reviews.

I recall a thread a week or so ago where you were looking to test drive one. Did that ever happen?

The guy that owned the one here I was going to drive picked it up before I got to drive it! The web was the best help really, youtube has some great vids of jks with this setup. One in particular is a guy in Denver running up I70 to the Eisenhower tunnell running 80 and still pulling til he hits traffic and had to back off, i was running that last summer getting passed by rvs, dump trucks even dumb and dumber passed me on their scooter! "Got a lil nippy coming thru the pass"

Awesome - how was the company to deal with? Did you buy it direct or a dealer... I've read good things about the ripp guys/kit...

I saw those videos too - I messaged the guy who shot it, he says its awesome and couldn't think of not having it. He says he has a 2012 and he like the ripp 3.8 better over all because of power (putting the interior aside).

Ripp has a 2012 coming out - thats interesting

Post up some pictures of the install as well as a detailed account of satisfaction and overall impressions when done. I have really been considering this.

Everyone we have sold, they have said nothing but get things about them! I say if anyone has the chance to do it, you should! It really brings the JK alive and makes it "FUN" to drive again!

The sound on that 2012 SuperCharger worries me.
