I am in the process of building up my 2015 JKU Sport. Friday I had the Rock Krawler 3.5 Flex System installed.
The build included:
3.5 Rock Krawler Flex System
Bilstein 5100s
Teraflex front and rear bump stops
Synergy correction wedges
Teraflex exhaust spacers
Front and rear coil retention clips
I netted much more lift than I was expecting. Its funny because I had a dream the night before that I went to pick up my jeep and the side steps were above my head. I took before and after measurements.
The following before/after measurements are from the ground to the bottom of the center of the fender with 285/75r16 Duratracs.
Driver side front: 36.25/41.25 Difference= 5 inches
Passenger side front: 36.25/41 Difference= 4.75 inches
Driver side rear: 36.25/41 Difference= 4.75 inches
Passenger side rear: 36.75/41 Difference= 4.25 inches
Center of front Bumper 20/24.75 Difference= 4.75 inches
Center of Rear Bumper 20.5/24.5 Difference= 4.5 inches
I had it professionally aligned but steering seems to be a bit sketchy. The wheel jerks back and forth a quarter inch left then a quarter inch right often. Has anyone else experienced this? Hopefully I can get that figured out. Other than that I get a crack noise from the back occasionally. Overall looks awesome!
It came with lower adjustable arms. I will post pictures of the driveshaft. They aren't great pictures but the best I could get crawling under the jeep.
The shop did not give me a printout. Since I picked it up the wheel tends to jerk back and forth while driving like a half inch left then a half in right. Also randomly feels like the wheels go a bit crazy sometimes (imagine front shopping cart wheels where they can go every which way). It actually seems to be getting better with time. I will ask about it when I take it in the week for the 500 mile bolt check.
when did you order this lift? I ordered mine march 20th through a vendor on here and Im still waiting for Rock Krawler to get 3.5" springs. Apparently theyre out of them which I find hard to believe lol
When I go in for the bolt check I will ask them for the printout/to check the caster. Oddly it seems that over the course of the week that the steering is getting better. Not sure if it is kinks working out or that I am getting stronger from gripping the wheel tighter lol
I am in the same boat as the other....Ordered a 3.5" X Factor kits and waiting on springs. Like the look of your jeep. I have flat fenders and have a feeling my 315's are going to look TINY in the wheel wells. No worries as the goals is 37's next spring.

I thought my 33s would look like Oreo cookies with the lift but I actually like the look. My plan was to go 37s but now I am not certain. I am conflicted.
Thought 1: 33 inch Duratracs look good and I already have them, however I would like the jeep to be even beefier and feel wimpy with 33s (mental thing).
Thought 2: 37 inch tires will look awesome and I will have bigger tires than 99% of people around me (king of the jungle lol). Downside Duratracs don't come in 37s so I will have to change tires and I really love the Duratracs. I will need new wheels because I have 16s. Regear will be necessary likely.
Thought 3: 35 inch Duratracs. I can keep my wheels and easily sell my 33s. A regear will not be necessary most likely and I know I like the ride and mannerisms of the Duratrac tire. Downside I will probably still want 37s and not sure there is a recognizable size difference between 33 and 35 Duratracs.
So the sketchy steering seems to be figured out. I was assuming it was caster until yesterday. Randomly I started hearing a loud strange noise every time that I turned the wheel or straightened it out.
I took it to the shop and the mechanic listened. He informed me that the driver side front polyurethane bushing popped out of place. He removed the control arm and corrected the bushing.
I asked about the sketchy steering and he said that is usually caster but it was set correctly. He took the jeep for a ride and when he came back he said steering felt dead center and smooth. I thought that I must have been going crazy. Sure as shit I get in and drive and it feels way better.... Turns out the funky bushing was throwing everything off.
Your lift most likely settled in a bit as well. Have you remeasured just out of curiosity?
I am waiting for an X Factor 3.5 to be delivered and am quite interested.
Have the same kit and have been very pleased with it. Sadley I forgot to take measurements before I got it lifted but it Definitly netted more than 3.5. Makes me happy that I have plenty of room for heavy bumpers to bring it down a little
Try crawling on some tall rocks and see if those 37's hit the fenders. If the control arms are adjustable and the shocks extends far enough, the tires appear it will surely rub I think. I have 35's on mine because of the possible rubbing issues. I have rear top and lower adjustable control arms. I did the adjustable lower control arms for the rear to put the axle more further back but it also changed the pinion angle but nowhere near as bad as the one you showed on your pic. You need to readjust your control arms or change the driveshaft.
I am looking at this set up VS the MetalCloak 3.5 Overland Elite kit. Does this kit come with rear arms(upper or lower)? Do you have any issues with the rear sway bar links hitting the rear axle? It seems like it's so close to the body as well. Did you add arms when you put 37's on? I'm also looking into either 35's or 37's with the 3.5 lift, it never ends! lol

I no longer have this Jeep. They have changed the kit a lot since I bought it. It used to come with front and rear lower arms. I had zero issues with anything. I don't think the new version comes with rear arms. Also they have changed the lengths of their arms and pretty sure they have changed their spring lengths as well. I don't think anything in this thread will be of use anymore.
