Rock Krawler

I purchased a Rock Crawler HD Tie Rod and was told to go to the dealer and get OEM(Drag link ends) 52060049AE for the TRE's. They use these on the Rock Crawler Tie Rod for ease of parts....drag link and tie rod will now have same part numbers.Fine.

Until you live in Canada and the dealer wants $95each and I need 2.
so thats Tie rod($250)and the ends ($190) Total $440

I ended up finding Moog ES3624 is the same as OEM 52060049AE, and for only $32each

So just letting you know that the Newer Rock Crawler Tie Rod will work with MoogES3624. and they are greasable. DO NOT BUY THE OEM Drag link ends.

Hope I help someone out as I spent all day searching around.

I found my OEM ends online for $30 each- Jeep Parts - Jeep OEM Parts Moog are good, but Jeremy recommended stock, so I roll with stock- Mark W.

I worked at a dealership (not jeep) for a while, and we often turned to Moog with no issues. I understand why you would want to stay with OEM but Moog isnt a bad choice.

Yeah Moog are highly recommended. This wasnt meant for a what one is better, Just a fact that there are options. Instead of it costing me $190 for 2, I got 3 for $100 shipped and taxes. Got a spare now

^ Spares are good. The coarse thread-style ends SUCK, but it's what RK runs. Jeremy explained that it's for convenience, so replacements are easy to come by. It also means your alignment will NEVER be very close to perfect- Mark W.

^ I agree, and understand......but I do believe there is 1/8th-1/4 allowance for the toe in. Either way it will be better than what it was like witht the bent tie rod lol
