Rubi: cliche?

My buddy just bought a Rubicon and named it Rubi. Am I the only one who thinks it's a lame name and too cliche? Also I have a flame red sport JKU. Any ideas what to name it? I can't think of the "perfect" name.

I can see how it might seem a little too simple of a name, but as Socalwk said, "It's his Jeep... who cares."

The "perfect" name may never come up, but I think it should be whatever sticks over time.

But then again, don't listen to me.
I've had almost a year to come up with a name for mine and I got nuthin'.

I agree.

Why name it? If you call it, it won't come to you or respond.

I named mine Ruby. I thought "Rubi" was too cliche.

I named mine bottomless money pit, since I can't quit finding ways to spend money on it.

True. I may as well add "bottomless money pit" to my Jeeps name.

True it won't respond, but doesn't it feel like it's part of your family? There is a strange connection these things create...

I've named everyone of my vehicles, because they all have a soul. If you can't see and feel your vehicle's soul, than you're just not a car guy.
