Rubi Rail Touch Up

Got some rock-crawling in our trail ride over the weekend and managed to scrape all the way through the powder coat on one of my rubi rails. It's already starting to rust a little so I want to get it sanded down and touch it up. Have any of you done this before? What blends well? I was thinking of taping it off and just using satin rustoleom even though that doesn't really have any texture and the powder coat does. Figured it might blend okay. Would bedliner work better, or worse?

Thanks in advance for your opinions! I'd greatly appreciate input from anyone that's actually blended a touch up to the finish on the stock rock rails.

Ill be touching up my bushwhacker rock rails tonight as my jeep thought a tree would be an awesome place to grind. They held up like a champ and kept my jeep from rolling over and down a snowy hill. Probably going to use spray on bedliner as it seems to have a similar texture.
