Rubicon Express or BDS

Trying to decide on a lift. Either the 3.5' Standard Rubicon Express or the BDS 3' . Any suggestions ? Also I have a 2012 JKU . Thanks!

I run rock krawler, drive 80 miles round trip for work, freeway and city. I also is great on the trails, tons of flex. It is 3 linked front and rear.
