Question Rugged Ridge XHD bumper on a Stock Sahara?

Anyone here put a Rugged Ridge XHD front bumper on a Stock Sahara Unlimited? I am concerned with the weight and if it will cause the front end to sag too much...A beefy lift kit and new tires are in the future just not the immediate future...any input?

The bumper itself probably won't cause a sag at least anything you will notice. Most that sag have the heavy winch on it also.

Also it depends on the coils you have under it. Look at your front coils and there should be a tag on it. Look at the last to numbers (there will be two letters at the end, ignore them. You want the last two numbers)

If you have lets say 13, 14 or 15's they are real weak coils and they are the ones that sagging can occur on. 16-17 are a little stiffer and may sag a little with a winch. While 18-19's are stiff enough to handle the heavy items with no sag

I had 14's on mine and it sagged 1.25" but that was with the XHD and 95 lb winch. I put 19 coils on and it took it out plus raised mine a little on top of it.

I have this bumper on my JKU sahara. I have 17's on my front coils. No (or no noticeable) sag. Of course I have the XHD winch bumper with no winch yet and i left it stubby (no end caps) to save a little on weight. When I finally get a winch, that will be the true test. The bumper is great though.

I have 17 on my front coils and am considering the Warn Power
plant...think I should stick with the 17 coils or upgrade?

I have the full blown XHD (No winch) on my stock Sahara. I have 13 and 14 coils on the front. Bumper, with skid, weighs in at 155lbs. Got about 3/4" drop to the front fenders when I put it on.

No more add ons until I get a lift for it.
