OK, so, forgive my need for quantifying these unfortunate fitments (both the original and this white one) -- what ARE those, anyway? 22"? 24"? Bigger?

There are indeed awful, even for one who isn't fully invested in this tiny-wheel culture. HPH

What I would like to know is how you held the camera so still while you were throwing up in your mouth?

Regarding the wave, I wave to ALL jeeps. You usually don't know about the wheels as you approach anyways. Thing is, the thing driving it (must be alien so I didn't say person) probably won't know what to do with the wave. But it gets one from me anyway. I'm......gulp......throwup....respectful of all jeeps......spit throwup.....OK.....I think I'm OK now....

Believe it or not that jacka$$ with the yellow one lives in my subdivision. I would ask him what the hell he was thinking but I dont think I could keep it together and keep from laughing hysterically. We do however trade dirty looks as I glare at him everytime I see him. Sadly he has no clue as to why he gets the stinkeye.

Now I hadn't even considered that possibility. What would you do if one was in that close and you had to see it every day? Glare, shake your head wow, I feel the pain

In a thread like this, everybody pokes fun. If I insulted anybody, there was no harm intended. I poke fun at fast food people because I train people for higher paying jobs. No harm intended, just trying to raise student's expectations beyond low wage jobs. HOWEVER that doesn't mean I wouldn't do that job to help support my family if I was out of work. Context is everything. This is a thread about wacky wheels in a jeep forum where most folks talk about wheeling and puke in their mouth when the see a sight like that .

That being said, just think of the poor sap who owns it. What would he think if he read all of these insults? You have to have a thick skin if you are going to drive a sic looking vehicle like that and you just dissed the purpose of the jeep.....sacrilege! I hope the jeep Gods have mercy on the owner of those poor jeeps......see what I mean, I just can't help myself. If I owned one like that.....gulp.....I would expect to hear some ribbing. It's included in the territory.

Anyone that would do something like that to a perfectly good Jeep should lose their urinal privileges, hand in their man card and be forced to hand wash Prius's for the rest of their life!!!

Dont really care what the sap thinks. He should be thinking..."My God, what have I done!?!" I would like to know what he was thinking when he ruined a perfectly good jeep. Seeing that crap done to an innocent jeep just makes me sad.

It never bothers me when I see these Jeeps. One day they will sell them and you can bet I would love to have one of these when they are done with it. I am sure they are in perfect condition inside, out and underneath. Most likely the transfer case has never been used and it would make a good used truck to build.

I would much prefer one of those to a jeep that has been lifted with the cheapest mods out there and beat to hell.

Sadly, I have to think that he would be offended by the insults. HE probably thinks it's a great mod. HE probably thinks it's the best thing that can be done to a Jeep.

*I* think his tires should be cut at every opportunity.

The poor sap who owns it statement was a little stab at irony and tongue in cheek. I think I stirred some emotion on it. After all, you'd have to be part sap to do something like that to a jeep. I like the post above by TroutSafari. I hadn't been thinking along those lines but yah, a lot of folks buy wheels when they get a jeep with stock ones, the only difference here is that the wheels may make you puke in your mouth while removing them. Kinda like fileting fish. All those guts, makes me gag.....then you get to the part that you see in the grocery store and focus in on that and all is well and you can finish gutting the fish without puking. Now, once those wheels are scrapped and you yank all that nasty shiny chrome crap off, that fine kettle of fish really starts to look a lot better. A jeep worthy of the trail that, up to that time, has only seen the insides of mall garages.

Speaking of getting one for that reason, who would you pay to drive it somewhere for those ugly ass wheels to be removed? I don't know if I could force myself to be seen in it.
