ok that is it, i am calling DJS (division of jeep services), the Jeep must be taken away from the owner, put in foster care, and evaluated by a jeep specialist. I see it needs new wheels and tires, and at least 12 weeks of off road therapy .

There's one of these in the Springfield, Va. area as well. Was wondering if the OP lives in my area because I see a jeep just like this from time to time. I always chuckle when I see it.

No, this is in charleston area of SC. There is a yellow one around here too, I see it on the weapon station.
