Hey Guys, while im waiting to install the exhaust and CAI this weekend, im thinking summer's coming. I like the safari strap look, if anyone has seen them. Tits the box shape woven straps. I like the big thick ones. Does anyone have them? Love them?
I've got em...won't put em on till Spring, though. Hatch and Maral (company owners) pretty much rock. I had a question about whether or not they'd fit with an aftermarket soft top I was looking to buy, e-mailed them, and Maral answered my question on a Saturday night, then followed up with some extra info a couple days later.
Just for the record: my inspiration was daggo's rig. :thumb:
Very happy with the safari Straps...makes it nice to load gear in the rear tub area when you travel topless and don't need to worry so much with the gear blowing out!
i had made a set of safari straps for my YJ and loved them(still have em but wont fit on the jk-for sale). After spending a couple of hours making them, i know why they are so expensive. The work that goes into making them is tedious and exhausting.
They are great though, i drag along 2 pitbulls 75# and 60# and even when they want to get out, the safari straps were awsome at keeping them in.
I am happy with mine also. I bought the ones with the wider netting. My English Setter can get lots of air when we drive and I don't have to worry about her jumping out of the Jeep.
I've had mine since before I was a Safari Straps distributor, great products made in the USA and great people. Send me a PM if you want forum discount codes
