Seat Adjust Up/Down slips

i tend to like the seat ratcheted all the way up but i notice i have to re-raise it from time to time. It is a DD but i drive a Service Truck for work so there are days it doesnt get driven (if i can keep the wife out of it that is ). I havent noticed it doing it any more or less on days it is driven versus days its not...

Does anyone else have this problem? know of a fix?

i think there was discussion about this about a year ago by one member. i think it was found out that, at least that individual, that while getting out of the vehicle they would unintenitionally tap the lever each time they got out of the vehicle. that would slowly adjust it and would be noticable over time, not right away. might be more careful leaving the vehicle and see if it continues.

It's not THAT bad, dude.

Read this link...you can take the handle off, or take it off and put it back on so that it points at the floor (see post #10).
