Seen Before

Just finished up the grill insert mid... Pretty much stile everyone else's idea, however I used a galvanized steel gutter guard painted with bed liner....I think it came out great! Here are a few pics...

How did you secure the mesh to the grill?

Black zip ties and tie downs...removed the double stick tape and used Loctite super glue...

Thanks.. I never thought of super glue.. I'll use that trick at work now also.
Zip ties I have plenty of.. I'm an electrician and buy them by the 1000's..
The black ones are UV protected for outdoor use. They last almost for ever.

yes, make sure you use some sort of glue, not the original double stick on the tie downs. or you will be deeply saddened, and somewhat pissed.

I'm not an electrician and I still buy them by the 1000's lol. Well I guess I'm kinda an electrician. I get talked into it ever now and then. In vehicles lol
