Unhappy Shifting Problem

So whenever I drive on the highway or try to go over 55 mph, my transmission doesn't seem to want to shift when its supposed to. At about 50 mph, when I try to accelerate, my rpm just sits at 1500 as I push on the gas, and then all of a sudden jumps to 3000. The same thing happens at each gear. Anybody have this happen to them? Maybe a computer error or maybe I need to re-gear the thing? Its an 04 wrangler with a 4computer inch lift and 33sthen if it helps.

Thanks
