Shifting problem

I have recently noticed that shifting in and out of first and second gear is no longer as smooth as it used to be and I'm met with some resistance. It's not popping out of gear as others have stated but it rough going in and out on my 09 2dr 6sp wrangler. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem as the original poster, mines mostly concentrated with going into second gear. I know some of you may say its cause of the cold weather, but this is after the vehicle if warm and has been running for a while. All in all this 6spd seems like a bit of a downer so far, already had it worked on due to JOG. =(

Could be this: (http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/201...ate-73800.html).

I don't know if it was limited to 2010s, but it did smooth out my shifting.

How does one do this? What product do you use? Mine is a little crunchy going from 1st to 2nd. Not much, but just a little and I wonder if this would help.
