Shock leak?

Hey ya'll,

I have been parking outside lately in my cinder driveway and don't know how long this leak has been going on. If you guys could take a look, attached is a picture of the leak. I know nothing (yet) about suspension and just wanted to see if any of you could I.D. this issue? The leak is just above the white knob and you can see the puddle down below.
