shout out for Teraflex!

I wanted to give you a shout out to Teraflex.. Not only do they make outstanding products, but they stand behind them with fantastic customer service. I have the 2.5 inch coil lift with Teraflex exhaust extensions. My Jeep drives great and handles better than stock. The big plus is Teraflex has always been there for answers and assistance.
You Guys are Awesome!

I ordered and received the teraflex leveling kit, and was missing the sway bar extenders, called TF and they sent me the bars, a key chain and quick air down tire deflators. Didn't ask for swag, didn't want swag, but by sending some cheap accessories TF has a customer and supporter for life

Great engineering department too. I think I'm going that rout when it's time to lift.

Hahaha no, I am not looking for free swag, just a fellow jeeper who wants to let folks know about a company that still understands customer service.

Joe was very helpful and sent several emails in the process of helping me determine what I needed. After hearing what I wanted to accomplish, he actually suggested a less expensive teraflex option than I originally inquired about! Putting satisfaction before a bigger sale is refreshing...

Ok...

So.... I installed my TF 2.5 lift and was unhappy with the rear height, discussed here VV

http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/nee...se-140221.html

Called them, discussed options and decided on 1" rear spacers to level it off.

He also told me TF has a lifetime warranty on coils. Any sag and they will replace.

this kewl hat was in the box
