shout out to Synergy

with 37" OZ's and double beadlock recentered HMV wheels (read that HEAVY), a full Synergy upgrade makes this 2 door handle better than the day it left the factory! Ball joints, Sector shaft brace, Track bar, Drag link and Tie rod. Not cheap investment, but worth every penny.

Does replacing all those pieces solve the "unshouldered 14mm problem entirely, or did you have to replace some other bolts as well?

I am wanting Synergy's drag link and tie rod. I've upgraded to the Teraflex monster track bar. I love having the ability to change the Axle's orientation with it on the jeep. I already have the Synergy grade 8 bolt kit for both uppers, lowers, and track bars. Now Ijust have to save my money for the two other pieces.

Can you throw up a couple pics of your steering setup.

I did the track bar last winter but had already upgraded that bolt prior so I really don't remember if the Synergy track bar came with a bolt or not but pretty sure it did. And if it did positive it was the correct size, unlike the POS OEM!!

I can do some pics....I did not flip the drag link because I only have 2.5" of lift and think it would have cause problems.

I used Dominion Offroad stabilizer and relocating bracket.

Luckily you asked for this picture!! Notice the left end on the drag link ... boot is dry...dumb f&&ks forgot to grease that one and had left the retaining spring off on the other end. I have the hardest time finding competent mechanics!

I also only have a 2.5" lift, but it's all I need. Thanks for the pictures. Synergy makes quality components. I put the stuff on my jeep and ballpark the settings to get me an alignment shop. After I did the lift I was confident the alignment didn't change. Steering was still tight and no wayward feeling. Can't wait to throw on the drag link and the tie rod.

Yea, I installed everything but didn't totally finish assuming the alignment shop would. Actually, they refused to install it for me!
