Under the roll bar padding in the center of the top. Works great and nobody can see it.

From the factory mine came mounted on the top of the roll bar just over the drivers left shoulder. They had a special little padded cover over it too.

Now that I have the full cage in it the padding is all gone and it's up there staring over my shoulder all of the time.

There is antenna kit available directly from Mopar. Top of the roll-bar location referenced. I used it for my Pioneer 4200. Great reception and invisible

Not sure what your future plans are, but it should be noted that the stock location is not suitable for certain roof racks due to interference. I had to put my Sirius antenna on the hood next to the drivers side cowl to get reception.
