Sirius radio in Rubicon - 430N

Its not Wrangler specific but I'm at the wits end with the radio that came with my Rubicon. I think it's 430 series, UConnect. I searched for instructions here and on Sirius site with no luck.

How do you set favorite channels?? Seems so simple but I just don't find a button that says Favorite. I found the favorite screen but the buttons are not highlighted, perhaps because I don't have any channels selected?

Just hold your finger on the favorite while you're tuned to the station you want to be the favorite.

Owners - Quality - Media Center 430N (RHB)

Has instructions for 430N and 430, either way they are basically the same.

When I called Jeep to get a hard copy of the Jeep manual, I also got a hard copy for the 430N and 730N.
